Defining Hydrotherapy & Its Low-Cost Benefits for Health
Hydrotherapy has been a pillar in many naturopathic therapies for centuries. Modern science takes away the woo-woo and helps explain how something as simple as splashing water on your face can have a positive impact on your health.
Hydrotherapy is an ambiguous term that could technically be used to describe lots of things involving water. Swimming? hydrotherapy. Water Aerobics? Hydrotherapy. Splashing water on my face because I’m too lazy to take a shower? That’s not laziness — that’s hydrotherapy.

I believe consideration for some of the hydrotherapy’s moving parts can help develop a better working definition.
